EGW Writings App Reviews

I would love to give this app all 5 stars, but I wont yet. There is an issue with the search bar covering the EGW writing and Bible option, making it very hard to select where you want to do your search. I have this app on both my iPad and iPhone... This issue with the search bar is only an issue with my iPad. And as a few have mentioned, it would be great to have the same bookmarks, highlights, and notes on both devices. Overall I really appreciate this app. Its a true blessing to have! Looking forward to seeing these changes being made, so that I can give EGW Writings all 5 stars... As it deserves

From what Ive seen, I dont see any flaws to the left to the left. I dont feel Blue about it and Jay-Z agrees.

It crashes while trying to share a portion of quote!!! Please add share on Facebook and through messaging! I wish iCloud syncing could be an option too!

Love this app. All Ellen G White writings, just wish it had bookmarks to save your place while reading several books at once. Always lose my place.

Very grateful for this app that allowed me to have access to so many powerful writings. I am able to highlight, bookmark, copy, paste etc. Best of all Im able to use it on the fly.

False Prophet!

Very happy with the app. Great for reading, research and deep study. I wish very much it would sync directly between iPhone and iPad so all my highlights and notes would automatically be the same on both devices. Just the same, an excellent and useful, easy to use app.

Once I was in one of her books, I discovered there was no way to go back to the listing of her book titles to choose another one. I tried every button there was, but the closest I could find was a search field. Trash. Deleted.

Definitely a 5-star app!!! However I rated it at 4 stars because I believe it needs to be able to sync bookmarks, notes, highlights, etc across devices using iCloud or some similar way. When that happens I believe it is worthy of 5 stars.

After the initial installation, it takes forever for the books, letter, etc., to install. The Get feature I do not like at all. Everything should just install at once.

The previous app was a huge blessing. All of a sudden it has updated and simply doesnt work on my iPhone 4. I would use this app quite frequently. Is there a way to fix it?

Whats up with the latest update?!?!? Now the app wont even open on my I-phone4. I deleted and have tried to download the app again, but it wont download for some reason. I DONT like the new EGW app 2, where every book has to be downloaded, or viewed online... what if I dont have a wifi/cell signal (VERY common in my remote part of the Pacific Northwest)... so now I have to take the time to download every single book/pamphlet/etc. for the app2. Dont know why the original app wont re-install on my phone!!!! Help. So frustrating!!!

Updated itself and now it wont open. Please fix. I use this all the time.

I am sad because I didnt ask for this new app but it replica itsself. I just woke up and saw this new icon for EGW writings...a new app? Clicked on it and didnt want to open. Then I came to the app store, and saw that every single person that reviewd this app has the same problem. Why did it Download on my iPad without me requesting it it?Now I lost all the highliting I did on her writings. Please let Me be...with the old app. The same problem I had with the Sabbath school quarterly,the latest one, it wont open. Is there anybody responsible for these problems and reading These reviews?Anybody working on fixing the problems? Please do something. I redownloaded the old app. and deleted the new one. All the best!

The current app kicks me out. I think it is because it is optimized for iPhone 5,6 and I have a 4. Ive used the app everyday since its inception. Why create an app that kicks out people who are loyal users? Must I buy a new phone to access these writings?

The whole reason I bought an iPad!!
